Vitaly Chuvisov – founder of the company and permanent head of MC Communication Ltd. during 25 years.

The history of the company began in the 90s, with the global collapse of the port infrastructure of Ventspils. From more than 120 enterprises that ensure commercial activity within the open ice-free port, only 5-7 remained in 1995. One of those in this tough competition is MC Communication Ltd. The company was developed from a group of specialists under the leadership of V.Chuvisov.

History

The narrow specialization in maintenance of radio remote control was transformed into a wide range of automation of various systems, diagnostics and control. Project developments, selection of equipment, supervising, installation supervision, as well as maintenance of durability of electrical installations and automation systems, became the basic services for the team of MC Communication Ltd.

Over the time, methods and ways of working have been improved. Electrical engineering is closely connected with electronics and our specialists have found their firm positions in this area. With development of internet, many processes of technology management were digitalized. Over the next 20 years, the company has developed excellent skills in remote support and workflow management in various companies.

Development

After a difficult stage of development of the company, from conditions of survival, the company has entered the next stage – establishment. The economy of the country in 2000 marked some growth due to the support from Europe and the simplified credit system.

The company has firmly established itself in the structure of providing port and harbor activity support. New tasks arise to launch completely new productions with modern electrical equipment.

MC Communication Ltd. specialists master new related professions, thereby expanding the range of services.

The number of stuff grows as new objects appear.

Office and base

It must be mentioned that the reconstruction of the historical building and establishment of a modern office with additional technical areas at 12 Targales street, in Ventspils is achievement of the company and personal qualities of Vitaly Chuvisov.

Almost from the beginning of the 2000s there was no enterprise in Ventspils that hasn’t applied to MC Communication Ltd. for solving various questions related to starting new objects, engineering of power supply, highly complicated installation works, adjustment and repair of unusual equipment and other tasks.

Competence

The more complicated was job, the more specialists of MC Communication Ltd. were interested in solving problems. Everyone in Ventspils knew and knows now where to request support in adjusting electrical equipment of almost any level of complexity.

Specialists of the company don’t have any unsolvable problems. Exceptions to the rules force to continuously studying and embracing new technologies. Annual professional examination has been a rule for all specialists of the company for several decades.

There is a whole library of personal certificates for power supply, for work with objects of increased danger, with electrical appliances up to 1000 volt. Specialists have special training while working in gassy places, closed containers or at heights.

Geography of works

The won tenders in Riga and in other cities, expanded a geography of service provision and possibility of remote work of the team of MC Communication Ltd.

Foreign partners paid attention to the company and a lot of experience has been gained in joint projects with Swedish, Finnish, Belarusian, Russian and other companies.

There is a successful cooperation with European companies even now.

As a result, the company has formed and is steadily expanding list of reliable partners: permanent customers, conscientious performers and responsible suppliers.

Jelena Chuvisova is now the head of the company, continuing the family business and carefully preserving traditions accumulated by Vitaly.
