Commissioning is a vital part of work in the process of evaluation of a new project.

The company has developed and applies a method that allows preliminary diagnostics and commissioning measures to be carried out during the construction phase. This significantly reduces the time spent on final commissioning.

In general, startup and commissioning is a complex process that consists of several responsible stages. Each stage requires clear arrangement, error-free execution and tight control of all subsystem items for each position. An individual program of preparatory, diagnostic and adjustment activities is developed to organize an effective adjustment process. After data processing a set of commissioning documentation is drawn up. The documentation is updated daily that allows simultaneous verification and adjustment of equipment at several access levels. During the adjustment process, necessary corrections of the project documentation are made, the adjustment of the equipment operation setting is made.

For implementation the possibility of adjusting equipment control circuits, special power supply schemes are temporary arranged.

In special cases, if it is necessary to make serious changes, the Customer will be offered appropriate options for solving the operational problem. After discussion and approval of corrective decisions, shall be performed the necessary additional adjustment and verification of the complex operation.

By the time of completion of construction and installation works, begins the stage of complex commissioning.

By the time the construction and installation work at the site is completed, a stage of comprehensive commissioning is reached. The equipment is checked for proper installation, quality of electrical connections and earthing circuits, appropriate test protocols are drawn up. Equipment availability will be checked – in electrical rooms shall be closed all technological openings and cable channels, repaired lighting, heating, ventilation and related systems. Functioning of complex control equipment shall be checked.

Individual electrical circuits shall be started up then. Then shall be checked correctness of signals on all levels of the subsystem

. After testing of individual objects, the system is launched in adjustment mode. At this stage, the operation modes of subsystems are adjusted, electrical equipment parameters are adjusted, control, safety and alarm circuits are tested.

The prepared object is launched in preliminary operation mode. At this stage, operational parameters of the complex are monitored, additional measurements are taken and necessary corrections are made. Collapse text
