In the realities of modern life, the Customer often receives ineffective project and cost estimating documentation. A project that didn’t pass the examination shall be realized and by the final construction of an object a lot of undocumented expenses are found out. In this case the Customer and Contractors can suffer significant losses, because of the failure to implement the project on time.
Cost of work of Contractors may increase due to necessity of reconstructions, additional purchase of materials and mechanisms. There have been cases, when use of low-quality documentation increased the cost of construction by several times.
